Confirmed
There is a longing in my heart
And it can't be filled for a while
There is a hole in my spirit
that I must wait to have healed
There is a yearning in my mind
That can't be settled for a time
Yet it will be worth the time it takes
To receive into my Soul
The Holy Ghost
To give me complete strength
In matters of faith
To give me hope in times of doubt
To make me a Soldier for the Lord
To receive the final initiation of the Church
So my spirit longs!
Making me rejoice endlessly
When the day arrives
But first I must pass the test of patience
and take my time
Learning and knowing more about HIM
Preparing my heart to know HIM better
And readying my mind to embrace it
Time it will take
But It will be worth the wait.
